Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Any no-shows will immediately be banned from booking any appointments in the future. NO EXCEPTIONS! However, I am aware of emergencies and situations that can happen unexpectedly. If this happens to be the case and it is less than 24 hours please contact me immediately to discuss your situation so that possible fees may be waived. Communication is very important to me and that is all that i ask, but it is not to be taken advantaged of or abused. If this becomes a pattern, then you will banned from booking with me for any future appointments. With all due respect, my intentions are not to be harsh with you, but to sincerely hope that you can comply and respect my professionalism! Thank you!
